Note: The above forms are submitted to Holy Family Homeschool Community only. We are not an umbrella program or independent school. Even if you are enrolled in our co-op, Colorado Law requires that you file a Notice of Intent to Homeschool (NOI) with your school district 14 days prior to beginning your school year for all students age 6 or older as of August 1. Douglas County residents should use this form:
