Note: The above forms are submitted to Holy Family Homeschool Community only. We are not an umbrella program or independent school. Even if you are enrolled in our co-op, Colorado Law requires that you file a Notice of Intent to Homeschool (NOI) with your school district 14 days prior to beginning your school year for all students age 6 or older as of August 1. Douglas County residents can find NOI requirements here.
If you are not a Douglas County Resident, we recommend that you file with your own school district, which may or may not have its own specific form. Here are some free sample NOI to aid you:
